Just replaced the two Netgear 10/100 cards with 3c905b-txnm cards. Hopefully these
will be rock solid. The old ones were good, but very occasionally locked up.

The primary nameserver's Internet connection is back up -- we have two nameservers
fully functional now!

Since the only DNS server got its internet connection cut almost a week ago due to weather, the
service has been down, as you have noticed. Please remember the alternate name of firehead.yi.org
for if this happens again -- but it should not, as now there are the proper two name servers
running, and they should be running at all times now.

All computers are functional, but allister and minnie are not accessible until further notice. This
problem is being worked on and will be rectified ASAIP.

Flash: Most of Firehead.org is down due to a local lightning storm. Services should be restored
by tomorrow morning, 07:30AM CST.

2000-January
FireHead.org just got an upgraded connection, a Road Runner cable modem through Time Warner in
Austin. This is the biggest thing to happen here since, well, sliced bread!

Antimatter Studios has redone the layout for all the pages.
Please tell us what you think. It's a little graphics-heavy, so be patient while it loads.

1999-Mar-07
All of the CGI scripts have been (hopefully) successfully ported to Linux now. The only problem
was in the file locking procedures.

1999-Feb-20
File locking has been completely implemented in all CGI programs, which have been converted to
FreePascal, and all sys files are now .shtml for Apache compatibility.

1998-Nov-11
I am making some major overhauls to much of the CGI code, including support for file
locking and sessions.

1998-Oct-25
After several months of little progress, the Join page has been updated,
and the member list has been moved.

1998-Jul-24
There is now a constant domain name for this (firehead.dyn.ml.org) as well as e-mail.

After a week of total hard drive failure, I have everything back up and running.
